I purchased a solar cover saddle and the directions are so unreadable I'm returning the product. It looks like a 10th generation copy of a copy. What I can read is so poorly worded and illustrated that I'm not sure I could assemble it of the directions were readable.
I've bought many quality products from DWW in the past and I am suprised you carry merchandise like this from such a low-rent outfit.

Have been trying to place a Canadian order for over a week now, and no one can seem to help me place the order. Is the canadian order checkout fixed yet??/

Every link I click on brings me to an error page. I need to order something, but cannot get to where I need to go (skimmers)!
